1) We’ve already had more than one African American woman elected to the Senate, including the one who was running against him for president, and

2) Presidents don’t appoint senators. Ever.

But the ignorant-ass audience cheered so apparently South Carolina Democrats are as dumb as Joe.

As a former administrative law judge described it, if a claimant were 45 years or older, limited to sedentary work, and claimed an inability to communicate in English, they were a “slam-dunk for benefits.”

That is true even if those applying for benefits reside in an area, such a Puerto Rico, where English is not the predominant language.

The new rule, set to take effect April 27, will end that by eliminating the inability to communicate in English as a qualifying factor in Disability Insurance benefit determinations.

The Trump administration is establishing a new section within the Justice Department to deal with the process of removing citizenship from foreign-born individuals who fraudulently obtained citizenship by failing to disclose past convictions for serious crimes — including terrorism and war crimes.

The section, which will be within the DOJ’s Office of Immigration Litigation, will be dedicated to denaturalizing those who had failed to disclose they had been involved in criminal activity on their N-400 form for naturalization.

According to the sentencing memo signed by Zelinsky and fellow Mueller prosecutors Jeannie Rhee and Andrew Goldstein: Papadopoulos’ “lies undermined investigators’ ability to challenge the Professor or potentially detain or arrest him while he was still in the United States. The government understands that the Professor left the United States on February 11, 2017 and he has not returned to the United States since then.”

But FBI 302 reports detailing agents’ interviews with Papadopoulos show that he had in fact supplied information that would have enabled investigators to challenge or potentially detain or arrest Mifsud while he was in the United States.

Gee, who saw that coming? (No pun intended) Andre Patterson, who was in prison for the “attempted murder of a government employee” (which probably means a cop) and then was convicted of murdering his cellmate, at some point decided he was a woman so they transferred him to a woman’s prison… even though he is anatomically male… where he is now accused of raping his cellmate.
