Trump is ‘preparing an executive order’ to ban all Central American migrants – even those seeking asylum – from entering the United States over the Mexican border. We’ll bet Judge Wackadoodle on the 9th Circuit in Hawaii will put a stop to it. We now have a conservative Supreme Court.

Sessions begins his war on pot
Sessions begins his war on pot. We’re going to laugh our ass off if Sessions sends the DOJ and ICE to raise hell in California at the same time. The look on Jerry Brown’s face should be priceless.

With immigrant pardons, Gov. Brown butts heads again with White House
With immigrant pardons, Gov. Brown butts heads again with White House. Jerry Brown again proves why the phrase ‘if it’s brown flush it down’ exists. One guy he pardoned was was convicted on a felony weapons charge with a gang enhancement and a misdemeanor charge of receiving stolen property.
After Steinle verdict, rep unveils bill to imprison officials who shelter illegal immigrants
After Steinle verdict, rep unveils bill to imprison officials who shelter illegal immigrants. We say go for it. The elected officials who endorse sanctuary cities and sanctuary states have been flouting the law for too long. Great way to get rid of Jerry Brown and his buddies too. 5 years…snicker…snicker.
“Politicians don’t get to pick and choose what laws to comply with,” Rokita told Fox News. “Americans are dying because politicians sworn to uphold the law refuse to do so.”
His “Stopping Lawless Actions of Politicians (SLAP) Act” would hold state and local lawmakers criminally responsible for refusing to comply with federal immigration enforcement efforts. The Republican’s bill would subject violators to a $1 million fine and up to five years in prison if they are convicted.
California Court Rejects Attempt to Throw Out Judicial Watch Taxpayer Lawsuit Against San Francisco’s Illegal Immigrant Sanctuary Policies
California Court Rejects Attempt to Throw Out Judicial Watch Taxpayer Lawsuit Against San Francisco’s Illegal Immigrant Sanctuary Policies. This must be one of the few judges left in California who isn’t a liberal nutcase.
In rejecting the attempt to end the lawsuit, presiding Superior Court Judge Harold Kahn wrote there is “sufficient support at this stage of the case for Ms. Cerletti’s allegation that the Sheriff’s policy prohibiting or restricting release information about suspected priority aliens stands as an obstacle to the accomplishment of Congress’ asserted purpose of enabling federal immigration officials to gain access to inmates who may have violated federal immigration laws.” The lawsuit may now proceed to discovery.
“As Kate Steinle’s death tragically demonstrates, San Francisco’s sanctuary policy is dangerous and illegal,” stated Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton. “We hope our taxpayer lawsuit can end San Francisco’s unlawful sanctuary policy before more lives are needlessly lost.”
DOJ Unseals Arrest Warrant For Jose Garcia Zarate
DOJ Unseals Arrest Warrant For Jose Garcia Zarate. This guy was found innocent of all charges for killing Kate Steinle in California. He’s on his way to Texas now. Perhaps some justice will now be served.
California police chief could lose job for following federal immigration law
California police chief could lose job for following federal immigration law. This is how warped California is. They really don’t want the police doing their jobs in Oakland, SF, San Jose and other liberal run cities. We’d love to see the entire OPD go on strike for a week and watch the ensuing crime wave. Perhaps the dildos on the City Council would have a new outlook on life.
Oakland Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick is now the subject of an internal affairs investigation after she helped federal agents arrest an illegal immigrant. Why is she in such hot water? Because Oakland is a sanctuary city.

George W. Bush comes out of retirement to throw shade at Trump as he denounces ‘bullying and prejudice’ in politics and praises the value of immigration. Here’s the ex-president who sat silent for 8 years while Obama trashed the country and condoned corruption now opening his mouth. He get his marching orders from Soros perchance? Shows how desperate the New World Order is.

ICE Detainer Issued for Suspected Wine Country Arsonist in Sonoma Jail – Breitbart
ICE Detainer Issued for Suspected Wine Country Arsonist in Sonoma Jail – Breitbart. One of Jerry Brown’s dreamers? If true, this must be of the benefits of being a sanctuary state he didn’t talk about. 40 people dead so far and several thousand homes and businesses burned to the ground. Brown should take the estimated $25 billion per year spent on illegal aliens and spend it on the wine country fire victims.

ICE threatens raids after California passes `sanctuary state’ law
ICE threatens raids after California passes `sanctuary state’ law. The Democrats never think about unintended consequences, we guess they’re incapable.
“ICE will have no choice but to conduct at-large arrests in local neighborhoods and at worksites,” Homan said, “which will inevitably result in additional collateral arrests, instead of focusing on arrests at jails and prisons where transfers are safer for ICE officers and the community.”

ICE Arrests Nearly 500 Illegal Aliens In Sanctuary Cities. Evidently ICE doesn’t think much of Sanctuary Cities hiding felons and gang members.
Authorities prioritized illegal aliens with criminal convictions, pending criminal charges, gang members, and fugitives in the following areas: Baltimore (28), Cook County, Illinois (30), Denver (63), Los Angeles (101), New York (45), Philadelphia (107), Portland, Ore. (33), Santa Clara County, Calif (27); and Washington, D.C. (14) and the state of Massachusetts (50).
California AG Claims Rescinding DACA is Unconstitutional
California AG Claims Rescinding DACA is Unconstitutional. It appears AG Pendejo got all touchy-feely with his bunghole and pulled this out.
But California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, who has vowed to lead the so-called “Resistance” to Trump, argued the opposite, claiming that the president’s decision to rescind DACA Tuesday was unconstitutional — though he did not explain why.
Obama calls Trump’s DACA decision cruel, self-defeating and wrong
Obama calls Trump’s DACA decision cruel, self-defeating and wrong. We’ll just leave this here for your review and comments.
Immigration can be a controversial topic. We all want safe, secure borders and a dynamic economy, and people of goodwill can have legitimate disagreements about how to fix our immigration system so that everybody plays by the rules.
But that’s not what the action that the White House took today is about. This is about young people who grew up in America – kids who study in our schools, young adults who are starting careers, patriots who pledge allegiance to our flag. These Dreamers are Americans in their hearts, in their minds, in every single way but one: on paper. They were brought to this country by their parents, sometimes even as infants. They may not know a country besides ours. They may not even know a language besides English. They often have no idea they’re undocumented until they apply for a job, or college, or a driver’s license.
Over the years, politicians of both parties have worked together to write legislation that would have told these young people – our young people – that if your parents brought you here as a child, if you’ve been here a certain number of years, and if you’re willing to go to college or serve in our military, then you’ll get a chance to stay and earn your citizenship. And for years while I was President, I asked Congress to send me such a bill.
That bill never came. And because it made no sense to expel talented, driven, patriotic young people from the only country they know solely because of the actions of their parents, my administration acted to lift the shadow of deportation from these young people, so that they could continue to contribute to our communities and our country. We did so based on the well-established legal principle of prosecutorial discretion, deployed by Democratic and Republican presidents alike, because our immigration enforcement agencies have limited resources, and it makes sense to focus those resources on those who come illegally to this country to do us harm. Deportations of criminals went up. Some 800,000 young people stepped forward, met rigorous requirements, and went through background checks. And America grew stronger as a result.
But today, that shadow has been cast over some of our best and brightest young people once again. To target these young people is wrong – because they have done nothing wrong. It is self-defeating – because they want to start new businesses, staff our labs, serve in our military, and otherwise contribute to the country we love. And it is cruel. What if our kid’s science teacher, or our friendly neighbor turns out to be a Dreamer? Where are we supposed to send her? To a country she doesn’t know or remember, with a language she may not even speak?
Let’s be clear: the action taken today isn’t required legally. It’s a political decision, and a moral question. Whatever concerns or complaints Americans may have about immigration in general, we shouldn’t threaten the future of this group of young people who are here through no fault of their own, who pose no threat, who are not taking away anything from the rest of us. They are that pitcher on our kid’s softball team, that first responder who helps out his community after a disaster, that cadet in ROTC who wants nothing more than to wear the uniform of the country that gave him a chance. Kicking them out won’t lower the unemployment rate, or lighten anyone’s taxes, or raise anybody’s wages.
It is precisely because this action is contrary to our spirit, and to common sense, that business leaders, faith leaders, economists, and Americans of all political stripes called on the administration not to do what it did today. And now that the White House has shifted its responsibility for these young people to Congress, it’s up to Members of Congress to protect these young people and our future. I’m heartened by those who’ve suggested that they should. And I join my voice with the majority of Americans who hope they step up and do it with a sense of moral urgency that matches the urgency these young people feel.
Ultimately, this is about basic decency. This is about whether we are a people who kick hopeful young strivers out of America, or whether we treat them the way we’d want our own kids to be treated. It’s about who we are as a people – and who we want to be.
What makes us American is not a question of what we look like, or where our names come from, or the way we pray. What makes us American is our fidelity to a set of ideals – that all of us are created equal; that all of us deserve the chance to make of our lives what we will; that all of us share an obligation to stand up, speak out, and secure our most cherished values for the next generation. That’s how America has traveled this far. That’s how, if we keep at it, we will ultimately reach that more perfect union.
