Janet Napolitano joined Attorney General Eric Holder as leading figures in the Obama administration who are willing to condemn Arizona’s new anti-illegal alien bill without ever having bothered to read it.
She admits to John McCain that she hasn’t read the law, but that doesn’t stop her from passing judgment on it.
“That’s not the kind of law I would have signed,” she told Congress. “I believe it’s a bad law enforcement law. I believe it mandates and requires local enforcement and puts them in a position many do not want to be placed in. When I was dealing with laws of that ilk, most of the law enforcement organizations in Arizona at that time were opposed to such legislation.”
In other words, “We don’t read the damn laws, we just pass judgment on them.”
Update: State Department Spokesman P.J. Crowley said on Fox News this morning that he has not read Arizona’s new law (skip to minute 6:40):

In the Obama administration's defense, they have been waiting for the movie to come out.
I am not surprised after all they don't even read the laws they do like (HC), but considering that I am paying her she should be able to do her job and read things that should be read before opening up her mouth. The reason they don't read things is because they don't want to be challenged on it. They want to say "well I don't like it because of what I THINK it is involved", but since they didnt read it a reasonable person cannot ask further for details on what exactly is on the law that they object to, other than to ask them to read it and then come back and say exactly what is wrong it with it for a reasonable debate. Unpreparedness used to be on the advantage of those who were prepared however now it seems it is on the advantage of the unprepared.
Was she a man at some point in her life? She sounds like a man and the more I see of her the more she looks like she was a man at some point in her life.
Is this surprising? I don't think so. Hell, they haven't bothered to read the Constitution either!

What the hell were the people of Arizona thinking when they elected Janet Napolitano for Gov? She was so bad that Time magazine named her one of the five best governors in the U.S. back in 2005.
