Nancy Pelosi says, “Democrats have long fought for fiscal responsibility.” Cue the rim shot.

That Nancy Pelosi cracks us up. She’s one funny chick. There’s no one who can get a room laughing like she can. Especially if the room is the House of Representatives. For example:

“Democrats have long fought for fiscal responsibility as a top priority of this Congress. We won’t go into the history right now, but it is well known that President Clinton took us out of a period of deficit into his last five budgets being in surplus or in balance,” Democratic House Leader Nancy Pelosi said on the floor of the House on Tuesday.

Then Pelosi continued, “I just flew in and, boy, are my arms tired. I used to live in an apartment that was so small even the mice were hunchbacked. Take my husband, please. Thank you. Thank you very much. I’ll be here all week.”

  • Nothing can be more can be said about her stupidity and simple ignorance. She is clueless and the people of San Francisco deserve her.

  • What she forgot to mention, or just plain forgot, is that it was a Republican-led Congress under those surplus budgets...

  • She's half the reason I moved out of Kalifornia. I figured that if the American people ever know how she and her husband and family were screwing them and commiting treason on a huge scale, they'd want some pay back if they ever got the hands on the nuclear football. I just couldn't take that chance!

  • Nanzi Pelosi screeched at the opening of the 110th Congress that this was the end of deficit spending.
2007 (the last budget passed by the over spending republican controlled congress, $167 billion.
2008 deficit was $450 billion, a new record.
    2009 deficit was$1,480 billion, a new record.
2010 deficit was 1,520 billion, a new record.
2011 deficit predicted to be 1,680 billion, a possible new record.

If Nanzi's lips are moving she is lying.

  • "We won’t go into the history right now, but it is well known that President Clinton took us out of a period of deficit into his last five budgets being in surplus or in balance,”

..and she conveniently leaves out the fact that there was a Republican controlled Congress GIVING Clinton this legacy.
