Long-time conservative radio host Bill Bennett absolutely reams newly-announced Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich for coming out against Paul Ryan’s budget plan.
We’re not saying Bennett gently chastised him. We’re not saying he scolded him. We’re not saying he expressed mild displeasure. We’re saying he took Gingrich to the woodshed and spanked his Georgia peaches.
In other words, this is about as much fun as a radio interview can be.
Has a presidential campaign ever gotten off to a rockier start?

Well for my fifth of a dime there is no way on God's green earth I would ever vote for this man. He has zero moral standing (two trophy wives and counting), sat on a bench with the wicked witch of San Francisco to tell us global warming is real and most recently endorsed Dede Scozzafava in NY state over the Tea Party candidate. His reason? She's a Republican and we must elect Republicans over principals. Turns out she was pretty much the poster child for RINOs and even endorsed the Democrat after she got crushed. Then to add insult to injury he turns around and trashes Paul Ryan as an extremist. The only Republican more dead to me is McCain.

I like that. Boy, in a perfect world. Those 2, even with their flaws; if you can find any. It's certainly better than watching us with the current staff. Or should I write current 'employees'. We're convinced they work for us. They sure don't see it that way, and you can tell by their activities and lifestyles. Certainly no servants to the American people. It's up to us to fire them.
I think we should make our voice clear about our current options as well. Maybe its time we start picking our candidates too!

I don't like this dude and he should just get out of this and let it be. The lady last night in O'Reilly said it right, he has problems pretty much in his own house, I cannot trust that he can help clean out the country.

I've always liked Newt Gingrich since I first became aware of him back in the 90's and indeed I liked his response to the generic liberal host on Meet the de-Pressed when the host implied that Newt was racist, but, Newt, you do not eat your own. You lost me.
Sure I liked him then too. We needed what he was doing. He's not doing it anymore. What he's doing now blows. I knew this was a bad bad idea. He needs to go home now.
Gingrich lost me when he went on the offense after Paul Ryan's plan. Hell he should just run as VP with barry. Who ever the guy was in Iowa he told it like it is and Gingrich needs to listen and get out.
It's time for him to exit stage left and go back to the book circuit.
I will say this he does know his history, just too bad he forgot that most of us want the obamacare and obama both to be just very bad memories.
All you nay-sayers here best not forget the fact that Gingrich is one savvy dude! He knows he has no chance so watch and wait for a few months. When he says he is dropping out of the presidential race and is getting behind candidate X, that is when we should start listening to what he has to say. Then we will know who not to vote for because he/she will be as wishy-washy as Newt himself.
Newt, I loved ya when you were Speaker of the House, but since then you have diminished yourself in my eyes; from the way you treated your first wife, to the specious commercials you made with Nancy "Laughing Man" Pelosi and Hillary "Rotten" Clinton, to the back peddling you've been doing lately, well, don't quit your day job!
