Andy Warhol once said that someday everyone will have fame for 15 minutes. Barack Obama’s version seems to be that everyone will get blamed for 15 minutes. After Bush, tsunamis, earthquakes, Greeks bearing debts and Tea Parties, the Scapegoater-in-Chief pointed his nicotine-stained fingers at the Congress his party half controls.
We get the story from Commentary Magazine:
President Obama blasted Congress from the road on Thursday, saying things would be worse if lawmakers returned to Washington.
“From the road” reminds us of the punk kid who used to call us names from inside his house.
“There is nothing wrong with our country,” Obama said in a speech at a Holland, Mich., plant. “There is something wrong with our politics.”
Sure, and that something is Barack Obama.
Obama did not single out Republicans or Democrats, but blasted Congress for what he said had been “the worst part of partisanship, the worst part of gridlock.”
The White House is the better part of the partisanship and gridlock.
“There are some in Congress right now who would rather see their opponents lose than America win,” Obama said. “And that’s got to stop.”
Straw men take cover, false choices incoming!
“That’s why people are frustrated,” Obama said. “Maybe you hear it in my voice. It’s why I’m frustrated. Because you deserve better.”
Barry’s frustrated because he’s not getting his way. We’re frustrated because he won’t get out of the way.
Deserve better you do, but unfortunately Obama’s president until January 2013 unless Congress can overcome stupid partisanship and gridlock and get rid of him.

Postal Services created a stamp with a picture of President Obama on it.
The Postal Service noticed that the stamp was not sticking to envelopes.
This enraged the President, who demanded a full investigation.
After a month of testing and $1.73 million in congressional spending, a
special Presidential commission presented the following findings:
1. The stamp is in perfect order.
2. There is nothing wrong with the glue.
3. People are spitting on the wrong side.

It's funny that Bush's 33% increase in spending which now has to be dealt with by Obama is cast by republicans as 'his mess'.
I don't suppose you two dolts have worked out the percent increase in spending in the Obama Administration, that isn't even done yet?
Nope. Obama's 86% increase in discretionary spending broke the bank. Not to mention auto bailouts, cash for clunkers, the stimulus etc etc. Both are bad but Obama is worse.
I'm confused why, under Bush, there were 33% increases in spending (that's enormous) but this site keeps making it seem like existing spending is because of Obama.
Well laddie, let me see if I can explain it to you. If you had ever read a history book, done a little research on your own, you would know that the Obama administration has spent more money than all 43 previious Presidential administrations combined. Here is a Ripley moment for you: Yes, we have only had 44 Presidents, multiple terms do not count.
Most of the spending increases during Dubya's years went to the military after 9-11-2001. You are old enough to remember 9/11? His problem, and the Obummers, is they did not kick ass, take names and let the rest of the world know that messing with us, the US of A, on our own soil is a big no-no.
All you liberal types said we should get out of Iraq. I agree, let them stew in their own juices. Many say we should get out of Afganistan. Again, that is one thing I agree with the libs about. If our troops are not allowed to do what they are paid to do, kill them all and let God sort 'em out, then bring them home instead of wasting more lives in an endless cause.
Now, instead of contuning to blame Bush for what is happening today how about looking at blaming the man now in charge. We still have soldiers dying in Iraq and Afganistan for no reason. Our economy is in the toilet and headed down the drain. Ya'll voted for him, The Obummer, so start blaming him instead of making excuses for what he has not done since he was elected.
To prove the nonsensical nature of blaming Bush for the present budget crisis, just the next lib you talk to this question.
So, Bush is really to blame for the crisis, because he spent too much, right? So, shouldn't Obama fix it by doing something other than what Bush did? Maybe, spend less? Or should he fix the terrible mistake of Bush by doing exactly what Bush did, only about ten times more of it?
When I get a flat tire on my truck, I change it. Obama wouldn't change it, he'd just drive faster.
I'll give Obama credit for one thing, he seems to have stopped blaming Bush for the economy. I heard tape of one of his speeches on the "Magical Misery Tour" the other day. Now he's blaming the Tsunami in Japan, and the economy in Europe.
Same church different pew. He takes no accountability.

Well, everything is Bush's fault, even the fall of the Roman Empire. But this time, the magical "O" didn't state it outright.
I heard that Bush was really the one that kidnapped the Lindbergh baby, he and his gang of Condolezza Rice and Dick Cheney. I also heard that Bush was the one that made the hole in the ozone layer which caused the "climate change" problems we are having right now. Bush also likes to kill bunny babies for fun... he is a monster.
Okay... so why did Obama CONTINUE to spend to become the ONE President who has spent THE MOST MONEY in the history of this country? Just because Bush did it, it doesn't make Obama doing it okay.
That is okay I blame Obama now for everything, so there is some balance in the world.

A good President does NEED to blame anyone. If you have to blame someone, you're doing something very wrong. Especially if it's more than 1 or 2 times.
Obama is incapable of seeing that he and his administration's policies are to blame.
