If he can figure out how to do Quake-and-Trade, he’ll suddenly change his mind and decide we can control earthquakes, too.

Right. The Planet will do what it has to do. Of course if it means taxation and spending then it is all the fault of human and they have to pay. Blah blah blah the beat goes on.

Point in Video 1: Disasters happen and man cannot do much about it.
Point in Video 2: Disasters like Katrina and other large-scale weather disasters CAN be lessened by reducing green house gasses.
