Court Denies Injunction in EPIC Census Privacy Suit. This is indeed ‘epic.’ As of now they can basically ask if you’re illegal. This could reduce the number of seats the Democrats have in the House and the number of Electoral College votes, not to mention reducing Federal funds states like California blow on illegal aliens.
