One of our friends has a brother who’s a Top Gun pilot. He sent us this politically-incorrect ring tone and message:

Before publishing this article, we had tried for hours to make an easy way for you to get this to your cell phone, but in techland, nothing is that easy. We didn’t want you to incur any charge, and that was the problem at every “Make your own ringtone” site we went to. So, hopefully, you can figure out how to get the MP3 to your phone. It’s the right length for a ringtone, so you don’t need to any editing software to edit the MP3 first.
If you know how to upload the ringtone to a phone. please post instructions in the comments.

Just so everyone is clear, the link we have in the article is completely clean, just a simple download. You might be replying to someone else's comment here, I haven't checked. But this problem is why we didn't end up creating the ringtone for people -- every ringtone site we could host it at seemed like a scam.
It's easy to put on your phone; save it to your SD card in 'My Sounds'. Text it to a buddy, and get them to text it back. Then you can save as ringtone.
Mike, just use the myxer.com website that Patriot Chic suggested, it's super simple. Two minutes and you're done.

BRILLIANT! Yeah - browse to this page and download - or most have some sort of USB/Bluetooth connect to a PC/MAC and transfer that way. Makes you want to miss a call to hear it over and over... nice tactical pump shotgun sound.
I was able to add it as a ringtone on a Droid. Go to this page on your phone browser, find the link, click and hold it, and it will ask if you want to save it. Then once it's downloaded, make it a ringtone. I have it now and am using it. Thanks for making this and much love to our military for selflessly protecting us day and night!!!
