LIBYA was elected overnight to the United Nations Human Rights Council despite numerous complaints that the country was unfit to serve on the international rights body.,, But the appeal fell on deaf ears, and a General Assembly secret ballot produced 155 votes in favor of adding Libya to the council, significantly more than the 97 votes needed.
And last month:
Without fanfare, the United Nations this week elected Iran to its Commission on the Status of Women, handing a four-year seat on the influential human rights body to a theocratic state in which stoning is enshrined in law and lashings are required for women judged “immodest.”
The United Nations has become everything it was designed to fight. We’d say it’s become a joke, but there’s nothing funny about this corrupt gaggle of tin horn dictators and theocratic thugs.
Get US out of the U.N. and its corollary, get the U.N. out of the U.S.

I think it's long proven that the usefulness of the UN is really, well, non-existent. How can you keep a straight face, and elect Iran to lead something about women's rights? That's like electing North Korea to distribute humanitarian aid.
Just another example of the fall of modern society. The UN is a puss organization, that has no bite, and no teeth to enforce anything.
I wouldn't be surprised if the UN and Radical Muslim countries (and thus Islam in essence) collide into one entity. Think of the nightmare world that would be. A world that I would hope will not last for very long. In any case it is just a matter of being ready.
The UN is a dinosaur, is so corrupt 70%(proven by CIA and others) of their "donations" received go to graft-for you libtards, that means directly into the pockets of corruptocrats who work there, and the corrupt dictators they blithely wire money to. It is a joke. They have over 200M in parking tickets in NY-and last I heard hadn't been too good about paying their lease payments on time, or at all.
They are just a group of corruptocrats who steal from the coffers of working people the world-over, and pass that money on to supporters-in other words, they are a mirror of our congress, only a little more diverse!
They are a joke-and have been about as pertinent as dog doo for decades.
