Neil Cavuto says “one and done,” predicts Obama won’t run for a second term

Every time a president gets down in the polls during his first term, some pundit predicts that he won’t run for a second term. You may remember that Rush Limbaugh made the same prediction about Bill Clinton and it seemed just as reasonable then as it seems now.

Nevertheless, Fox News’ Neil Cavuto makes an interesting argument.

  • Obogus cannot run for a second term, because laws already passed or pending in at least 9 states will REQUIRE he and all contenders provide PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY to hold the office. This, in Obama's case, is an IMPOSSIBILITY. Truth ALWAYS triumphs. 2012: GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH.

  • Obogus CAN'T run again, because pending/enacted laws in states will REQUIRE him to provide true proof of his eligibility to hold the Office. I hope the many complicit parties on all levels end up as defendants in court. It's often said that truth is stranger than fiction, and the incredible story of this man's rise attests to that position. Some years from now, when Frontline documents the entire unbelievable story, people will not even be able to accept it as possible.

    • What I'm still wondering is why this didn't happen the moment he got the DNC's nomination to run for President. It's not like there wasn't plenty of evidence around that he's not what he represents himself to be.

  • People that voted for him tell me that he won't run (some admit that he shouldn't run) in many cases because they wouldn't vote for him again if he did.

He doesn't have to run, he will have as much money as he can get his hands on and he can milk the "I was the first black president of a racist country " bit he has going on and he had made as much damage as possible knowing that it will take years to clean up (if there are leaders who will put their parts into cleaning it up) and he can run before things get worst.

For some reason this video won't play it takes forever to load.

  • He'll run again. Not saying he'll win, but he'll run. His machine was bigger and certainly badder than the RodHam machine, and there's simply no one else for the loons to turn to. Last thing he wants to be seen as...to the money folks on the left...is a quitter. He'll run for a second term, lose, then the media will lay the blame on racism in America, and not the fact that a totally incompetent fraud was in way over his head. Then he retires, with solemn dignity but of course, sadly recounting his attempt to once and for all lead America to the promised land.

And in a few years the Yellowstream Media re-writes history to make it all seem like WE were to blame.

    Guar-an-teed.

  • Why wait for one full term? If the Republicans gain control of Congress this November they can impeach Obama's golf playing, America hating ass. Anyway that's what I'd like to see happen but, most likely, he'll serve a full term and attempt the complete the ruination of the United States.

  • If Obama is a one termer, (down on knees praying, please, please, please...) don't think for one second that he is done destroying this great country. He may very well end up at the UN, where all good socialist and dictators go, running the joint and bad mouthing the US as Secretary General.

    • That is kind of what I figured. The only way he would stop after one term would be if he could get a promotion to world dictator. If in the next 2 years we sign so may treaties that turn most of the real power over to the UN, I could see him not running for another term.

  • Clinton didn't leave because he understood that dealing with the Chinese...on a level related to his own personal fortune...was going to take two terms to accomplish.

Poor Jimmah got tossed out after one, and all he got was a lifetime supply of cheap hammers and nails from Home Depot.

Barry has made nowhere near the contacts necessary to live like a Clinton. Come to office broke and a nobody; leave incredibly wealthy and on every communist country's BFF list. In Barry's case, his pals have tons of spendable cash as well, but it's gonna take a helluva lot more Ground-Zero mosques to pry open them there Arab bank accounts.

    • Bill Clinton had one very important thing going for him that Buraq, so far, does not. Ross Perot.
