Part-time Nation: Was the April jobs report really the Obamacare jobs report? We heard one CNBC talking head speculate today that the increase in jobs was due to restaurants and similar businesses cutting employees’ hours back in order to get out from under ObamaCare and then having to hire more part-timers to take up the slack.
