Obama misses budget deadline. Again. He missed the February 4 deadline required by the Budget and Accounting Act of 1921 and the White House refuses to say when the budget might be done. He’s the only president to miss the deadline two years in a row, the only president to miss it three out of four, and holds the record for longest delay… his first budget was 98 days late. He also holds the record for most games of golf but that’s merely a coincidence.

And a 26-minute ABC recording of Trayvon’s girlfriend was only 14 minutes long by the time the defense attorney got it, with “at least seven starts, stops and edits.”

IRS: Cheapest Obamacare plan will be $20,000 per family? “In a final regulation issued Wednesday, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) assumed that under Obamacare the cheapest health insurance plan available in 2016 for a family will cost $20,000 for the year.” The assumption “…is found in examples the IRS gives to help people understand how to calculate the penalty they will need to pay the government if they do not buy a mandated health plan.” Yeah, it could be just that they like using round numbers in examples – if so, why didn’t they use $10K or $1K since ObamaCare will be driving the cost curve across town or something. NBC edits another tape. They apparently didn’t learn their lesson aftrer getting caught editing George Zimmerman’s 911 call. That one led to people getting fired. This time MSNBC edited a tape of Newton father Neil Heslin to make it look like gun rights advocates interrupted his testimony with heckling. They didn’t, but Martin Bashir played the edited tape and then started the discussion by saying, “A father’s grief, interrupted by the cries of a heckler.” Who gets fired this time? How about Mr. Bashir?

In a continuing indictment of Obamanomics, another bad jobs number showing the “New Normal” of high unemployment. Hey, maybe what we need is a Paycheck Fairness Act, lifetime job guarantees or some other Euro-style nannycrat interventions… that’ll make employers wanna run right out and hire!
