No good deed goes unpunished. If you mistakenly send a politician twenty bucks to help elect people that you want in office, they make the mistake of believing that you believe in every single splinter of every plank of their platform, every chump, every schmuck, every moron.

When it’s the RNC, after much wishy-washiness trying to shave a few tenths of a percent off of a budget that has added trillions in the past couple years, they just plain irritate me to no end. I mean, do they call that an accomplishment? While I’m looking for trillions in budget reduction, they’re talking about the kind of money the EPA finds in the couch cushions. Clearly the Republican “leadership” has not comprehended what the American public has — that it is a spending problem, and you fix it by not spending so much.
This is the organization that encouraged that witch Lisa Murkowski’s write-in campaign after someone else won Alaska’s primary. Clearly, it is more of a solicitation of dues to a club that I’m not allowed to join than it is a campaign fund to elect competent politicians. When we see the light at the end of the tunnel, with bright stars like Jim DeMint, Michelle Bachmann and others, pinheads like Karl Rove think they can use their credibility to hack on them, cut them down, keep the crop of new politicians into office in line with the “more of the same” crowd. So when the RNC sent me their umpteenth letter, I went off on them. I doubt that they’ll ever read it, so I’ll let you guys read it, see what you think.
I hereby revoke the RNC’s right to their acronym, and confer on them the acronym “SSDD”. Yep, Same Sh*t, Different Day.

Thank you for your email soliciting a donation from me. Unfortunately, I no longer donate to the Republican party as it clearly does not represent my interests in Washington.
I wish you did. Unfortunately, nothing has transpired in the past year that has convinced me that you offer any more of a solution than the current imbecile residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. With very few exceptions, the Republican leadership has proved feckless and of very poor negotiating ability. With a Democrat insurgency hell-bent upon destroying our nation, this is not the time for “me too” politics.
The difference you guys present is marginal at best — a choice in our nation failing in four years instead of two. I’d like to think better of our nation and our politicians. So please remove me from your donor list.

There’s a guy named Joseph Culligan who runs a company called Web of Deception. He buys and sells domain names, including williamclinton.com, williamjclinton.com, and presidentbillclinton.com.
The former president didn’t like that. So he took Culligan to arbitration in an attempt to keep him from using the Clinton name.
Uh-oh. The panel decided in favor of Culligan.
The National Arbitration Forum ruled that Culligan is allowed to keep the domains. They said, “While Respondent’s conduct in registering the names of politicians does reflect a pattern, Respondent has adequately rebutted any inference of bad faith.”
In an amusing twist, there are no active websites connected to the three domains and they currently redirect visitors to a website operated by the Republican National Committee.
Don’t feel too badly, Bill, because there are lots of other dandy domain names out there you can use. We just checked. Looks like HornDogInChief.com is available. So is MrHillaryClinton.com. And ImpeachedPresidentWilliamJeffersonClinton.com is also up for grabs.
