I am a Delaware native and have known Joe Biden since he was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1970. I attend church with Mr. Vice President and in view of Joe's recent inappropriate comment to Barack Hussein Obama, and the American people, in front of a live microphone, I propose we modify the English vernacular to avoid F-bombs and convert them to B-bombs. When upset or frustrated I have begun to take Joe's name in vain. Profane expressions should be modified to, "Biden You!, Mr. President this a big Biden deal!, Biden you and the horse you came in on!, No Biden way!, You Mother Bidener! "...etc. Of course, as a good Catholic I plan to confess my lapses into Biden profanity when I make my next confession.

I always had accessible healthcare. Healthcare has never been denied to me UNLESS it was socialist healthcare. In MA when I used to live there and made the mistake of getting into the program I couldn't go to the doctor appt I needed for months while I was in tremendous pain because it wasn't a big issue and the doctor in the ER ACTUALLY told me that it could wait because I was dealing with the pain just fine and for so long that I could wait a little longer. Basically it wasn't important regardless of the pain, and since I was on the socialist program there was no rush because they knew they weren't really going to get anything out of it. However after I moved, when I took my own money and found the doctor that I needed and made the appointment I didnt have to wait. I got the treatment that I needed. Yes, you DO have to have funds to go to the doctor if you want to rise above the BS, but that is just part of life. You work and you budget and you save in case you need to go to the doctor. It is called real world. Doctors PREFER not to deal with the BS. It is simple. It is right.
When govt gets involved in this manner it makes everything wrong and complicated.
So what? It is a big f--king deal! A F--KING HUGE F--KING DEAL! Amazing!
At last you have a president who is trying to do something good for all the inhabitants of america, rather than just his rich friends and relatives.

I'm just surprised that you americans didn't let the reforms go further - it looks like a bad deal to me, but a million times better than what you had before...
We don't know how lucky we are over here in the UK. Our healthcare system isn't perfect, but it's like paradise compared to yours.
And all that propaganda over there about our health system killing old people or whatever is nonsense. My grandparents got excellent care right up until the end. And by the way, you can still buy private healthcare / insurance here if you really want!
I should think assessable health care for everyone would be considered a human right in any civilized society.
