Judge Rules New York Attorney General Can’t Dissolve the NRA

Judge Rules New York Attorney General Can’t Dissolve the NRA. Part one of the witch hunt is over.

As Justice Joel Cohen’s ruling states . . .

The Complaint does not allege that any financial misconduct benefited the NRA, or that the NRA exists primarily to carry out such activity, or that the NRA is incapable of continuing its legitimate activities on behalf of its millions of members. In short, the Complaint does not allege the type of public harm that is the legal linchpin for imposing the “corporate death penalty.” Moreover, dissolving the NRA could impinge, at least indirectly, on the free speech and assembly rights of its millions of members.

65 percent of New Yorkers want tougher bail laws

65 percent of New Yorkers want tougher bail laws. Well, this is indeed shocking. We can’t imagine why they don’t want repeat offenders being released on no bail 100 times.

New York State voters want to see the controversial bail law tightened amid concerns about a surge in violent crime, a new poll released Tuesday reveals.

The vast majority of those polled, or 91 percent, said crime was a very serious or somewhat serious problem, according to the Siena College survey.

Of that number, 60 percent said crime is a “very serious” problem while another 31 percent said it’s a “somewhat serious” problem.

The worries about crime cut across all regions and racial groups.

Two-thirds of Blacks and Hispanics and 53 percent of whites also said they were very or at least somewhat worried about being the victim of a crime.

‘Null, Void, and Unenforceable’: NY Judge Strikes Down Governor’s Mask Mandate

‘Null, Void, and Unenforceable’: NY Judge Strikes Down Governor’s Mask Mandate. Aaaaand we have yet another judge who’s tired of this unconstitutional garbage.

A New York Supreme Court judge on Monday evening ruled that Gov. Kathy Hochul’s mask mandate for schools and public places is unconstitutional, declaring it “null, void, and unenforceable.”

“Neither the governor nor the state health commissioner had the authority to enact the mandate without the state legislature because Governor Hochul no longer has emergency powers,” Rademaker wrote in his order.

Well, that was quick, they found a cucked judge.

NRA countersues NY attorney general for trying to dissolve ‘political enemy’

NRA countersues NY attorney general for trying to dissolve ‘political enemy.’ We’ll see your hand and raise you bitch.

The National Rifle Association has filed a countersuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James, saying she lacks authority to invoke state laws governing nonprofits to dissolve “political entities” such as itself.

In a Tuesday night filing with a New York state court in Manhattan, the gun rights group, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month, accused James of pursuing a “blatant and malicious retaliation campaign” against it because she dislikes what it stands for.

Rep. Stefanik: Now New Yorkers Know Gov. Cuomo Is a ‘Criminal Sexual Predator’

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo

Rep. Stefanik: Now New Yorkers Know Gov. Cuomo Is a ‘Criminal Sexual Predator.’ We suggest they might want to add “mass murderer” after approximately 13,000 dead sent to convalescent hospitals on his order.

Gov. Cuomo says: Trump ‘better have an army’ to protect him if he comes to NYC

Gov. Cuomo says: Trump ‘better have an army’ to protect him if he comes to NYC. Governor Fredo thinks he’s the Godfather or something. If he wants the President to have an “army” we’re sure it could be arranged.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday all but threatened President Trump’s safety if he returns to New York City in a rant responding to an exclusive story by The Post that Trump is looking to pull federal funds from “lawless” cities including New York.

“He better have an army if he thinks he’s gonna walk down the street in New York. New Yorkers don’t want to have anything to do with him,” the Democrat said, all but threatening the commander in chief.
