Supreme Court Deals Major Blow to EPA Power

Supreme Court Deals Major Blow to EPA Power. In a nutshell, they can’t be making up BS rules and laws, that job belongs to Congress. This should affect all the other agencies like the ATF regarding laws like their attempts to band bump stocks and triggers that fire on the pull and the release. Trump’s Remain in Mexico, is gone. But the Biden administration and DHS have basically been ignoring this anyway, so big deal. The 4 firearms cases were remanded back to the circuit courts they came from.

Supreme Court shoots down NY rule that set high bar for concealed handgun licenses

Supreme Court shoots down NY rule that set high bar for concealed handgun licenses.

Well, it only took 22 years since the Heller decision. This should stop state fuckery with handing out concealed carry permits, not only in New York, but in California and other states that require “good cause” and “mental checkups.” We’ll wait and see what the Democrats try to pull to infringe upon our rights again.

Here is the SCOTUS opinion, written by Justice Thomas.

Here’s Why Six People Said Nothing When the Buffalo Mass Shooter Told Them Of His Mass Murder Plan

Here’s Why Six People Said Nothing When the Buffalo Mass Shooter Told Them Of His Mass Murder Plan. So, no one wanted to out themselves as budding KKK members. This also makes us wonder if, and if so, how much the people in this chat room egged this guy on to do what he did.

Now, a new development in the investigation shows that Gendron told six people about his plan to commit a mass shooting some thirty minutes before the crime. One of the people in the group is a retired federal agent. NO ONE said anything. This could be the reason why (via Buffalo News):

Authorities believe the former agent – believed to be from Texas – was one of at least six individuals who regularly communicated with accused gunman Payton Gendron in an online chat room where racist hatred was discussed, the two officials said.

Behind closed doors during one of John Roberts’ most surprising years on the Supreme Court

Behind closed doors during one of John Roberts’ most surprising years on the Supreme Court. Sorry, it’s CNN, but if you want to find out what this traitor has been up to behind closed doors, this is it for now.

Roberts also sent enough signals during internal deliberations on firearms restrictions, sources said, to convince fellow conservatives he would not provide a critical fifth vote anytime soon to overturn gun control regulations. As a result, the justices in June denied several petitions regarding Second Amendment rights.

Antifa Group Plans To March Alongside Pro-Gun Protesters In Virginia

Antifa Group Plans To March Alongside Pro-Gun Protesters In Virginia. Now you see why Virginia Governor Ralph “Black Face” Northam wanted everyone disarmed at the Virginia Capitol building and grounds. He doesn’t want any of his Antifa stooges injured. So much for a peaceful protest. You can bet who will get blamed for any violence.

Gun regulators have admitted to violating the Second Amendment

Gun regulators have admitted to violating the Second Amendment. That’s a good start. Now, let’s do the rest of the Amendments that are abused on a regular basis by unelected bureaucrats.

On Dec. 11, Gun Owners of America argued before the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals that the government’s recently enacted ban on bump stocks is illegal.

Just two months ago, a judge similarly found the bureau to have been enforcing laws that don’t exist against gun owners.

Indiana Lawmaker Turns Tables on Professional Journalists

Indiana Lawmaker Turns Tables on Professional Journalists. While we love the free press, we also hate the anti-gun press. Would you support this or not?

An Indiana Representative is forcing the establishment media to look in the mirror and face their hypocrisy.

He is proposing the First Amendment in Indiana be treated the same as the Second Amendment. His proposal is that journalists be required to apply for a license before they are allowed to publish.

If they have felony convictions, they might not be allowed to publish.

Maryland’s Landmark Assault Weapons/High-Cap Mag Ban Takes A Hit

Maryland’s Landmark Assault Weapons/High-Cap Mag Ban Takes A Hit. Time for the NRA to sue the libtards in California about this infringement upon everyone’s rights.

“Maryland’s ban on commonly owned firearms and magazines clearly violates our fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms for self-defense.”

Second Amendment shocker: Bullet found in the street, police on alert

If you recognize this unidentified bullet, please call the Yorkshire Police Department immediately

The horrifying details are brought to you by York Press:

A STARTLED man has told how he found a bullet lying in a York city-centre street.

Tim Stark said he was unloading items into the MOR Music store where he works in Fossgate yesterday morning when he spotted what he believed to be a live .22 bullet gleaming in a puddle.

He said he immediately called police, who came and took it away.

“I have no idea what it was doing there,” he said.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesman said the bullet had been put into safe storage, and CID had confirmed it was not thought to be connected with any incident currently under investigation.

He asked anyone with any information about the bullet and how it came to be in Fossgate to phone the force on 0845 60 60 47.

In the words of Hardwurkindaddy, who sent us this tip, “Has everyone in the entire friggin’ world LOST THIER MINDS?”

Our point of view? Unless the bullet they found in the street was in a body they found in the street, we’re not even sure what the issue is.

“Hi, my name is Barack Obama and I’m here to confiscate your guns”

The Obama administration is exploring potential changes to gun laws that can be secured strictly through executive action.

Gun and ammo sales have skyrocketed since Barack Obama swore to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America except for that pesky Second Amendment.

What’s that? You didn’t hear him say anything about the Second Amendment during the Inauguration? Well, he might not have said those exact words, but it’s pretty damn clear that’s what he was thinking.

obama-action-figure
This Barack Obama action figure just confiscated an assault weapon from a G.I. Joe action figure

The Huffington Post, of all places, has the details:

Faced with a Congress hostile to even slight restrictions of Second Amendment rights, the Obama administration is exploring potential changes to gun laws that can be secured strictly through executive action, administration officials say.

The Department of Justice held the first in what is expected to be a series of meetings on Tuesday afternoon with a group of stakeholders in the ongoing gun-policy debates. Before the meeting, officials said part of the discussion was expected to center around the White House’s options for shaping policy on its own or through its adjoining agencies and departments — on issues ranging from beefing up background checks to encouraging better data-sharing.

Administration officials said talk of executive orders or agency action are among a host of options that President Barack Obama and his advisers are considering….

President Obama says he’s looking for some good give and take on this issue. Mostly take.

Mexican reporter wants Obama to veto the Second Amendment

We’re not sure who has the weakest grasp on the United States Constitution and the Second Amendment here – the Mexican reporter or President Obama.

We’re not sure who has the weakest grasp on the United States Constitution here – the Mexican reporter or President Obama.

“Well, the Second Amendment in this country is part of our Constitution,” President Obama said, “and the president of the United States is bound by our Constitution. So I believe in the Second Amendment. It does provide for Americans the right to bear arms for their protection, for their safety, for hunting, for a wide range of uses.”

What the President didn’t say, but undoubtedly thought, was, “That’s a damn fine idea and you’d make an outstanding reporter for any American newspaper.”

Switzerland endorses the Second Amendment, votes to allow citizens to keep their guns

There was no neutrality in this vote. The Swiss have overwhelmingly rejected a leftwing referendum that would have taken away their guns and stored them “safely” in armories.

There was no neutrality in this vote. The Swiss have overwhelmingly rejected a leftwing referendum that would have taken away their guns and stored them “safely” in armories.

A referendum, launched by a coalition of non-governmental groups, religious authorities and centre-left parties, pushed to have the weapons stored in armouries instead.

swiss gun control campaign
Take back the night: "Gun monopoly for criminals? No gun control."

The initiative also aimed to abolish the practice of allowing those on military service to keep their government-issue assault rifles even after they leave the army.

But the coalition failed to secure the votes of both a majority of the population and cantons.

Final results showed that 20 out of 26 cantons were against while 56.3 per cent of the population rejected the initiative.

For any initiative to pass, the twin support of a majority of citizens and of cantons is required….

Amnesty International also issued a statement saying that it is “regrettable that the majority of the Swiss population did not find that the place of a weapon is not at home.”

When asked why he robbed banks, gangster Willie Sutton once said, “Because that’s where the money is.”

The obvious corollary that the left refuses to understand is that Swiss criminals don’t rob homes because that’s where the guns are.

Oops. Ed Schultz interviews Tucson hero, finds out he’s packing heat and willing to use it

We guarantee – absolutely guarantee – that as soon as this interview was over and they cut to commercial, Ed Schultz started screaming in the studio.

We guarantee – absolutely guarantee – that as soon as this interview with Tucson shooting hero Joe Zamudio was over and they cut to commercial, Ed Schultz started screaming in the studio:

“Why didn’t somebody tell me this guy was a freakin’ gun-totin’, First Amendment lovin’, right wing lunatic? You made me look stupid on the air.”

No, Ed, you do that all by yourself.

Shocker: Al Sharpton’s listeners support Clarence Thomas and Supreme Court gun decision

Surprise. Al Sharpton and his listeners overwhelmingly support the Supreme Court decision upholding the right to bear arms.

You’d expect Al Sharpton’s response to the Supreme Court gun decision would be to dust off one of his old speeches blaming whitey for the violence in the black community blah-blah-blah.

Surprise. Sharpton and his listeners overwhelmingly support the decision.

The Radio Equalizer has Sharpton’s shocking statement:

Sharpton: I would say 90% of the calls I received yesterday were in support of the Supreme Court and people say they want to bear guns. They’re tired of the violence and it’s very very interesting. I have had a few on both sides today, but yesterday was overwhelming, it was stunning to me.

I just told Attorney Lou Meyers, lady stopped me last night; I did the commencement address at Boys and Girls High. She said I listen to your show Reverend and I want you to know I’m saved sanctified by feel of the Holy Ghost, but if they come in my house I’m going to drop them right where they stand. So, and she looked like she was in her eighties.

Sharpton probably isn’t too worried about guns in the black community. But what does scare him to death is the concept that his listeners may finally figure out that the Democrats don’t really represent their points of view.

A 60-second Second Amendment tale of terror

So do you submit to fear? Or do you conquer it? This sixty second commercial gives you one person’s Second Amendment answer.

OK, imagine that this is being read aloud by that guy with the really deep voice who does all the coming attractions:

“I am fear. I am the menace that lurks in the path of life, never visible to the eye but sharply felt in the heart.
I am the father of despair, the brother of procrastination, the enemy of progress, the tool of tyranny. Born of ignorance and nursed on misguided thought, I have darkened more hopes, stifled more ambitions, shattered more ideals and prevented more accomplishments than history could record.
I assume many disguises. I masquerade as caution. I am sometimes known as doubt or worry. But whatever I am called, I am still fear, the obstacle of achievement. I have no power but what the human mind gives me, and I vanish completely when the light of understanding reveals the facts as they really are, for I am really nothing. You see, if you have the courage to acknowledge your fears, you will be taking the first step towards controlling them instead of them controlling you.”

So do you submit to fear? Or do you conquer it?

This sixty second commercial gives you one person’s answer.

FBI reports big decrease in murders, big increase in gun sales. Hey, how is that possible?

More guns, less crime? Looks like America’s Second Amendment enemies shot their mouths off one too many times. The basic tenet of their anti-gun religion has just been disproved by a new FBI crime report.

A new FBI report takes direct aim at the heart of gun control

More guns, less crime? Looks like America’s Second Amendment enemies shot their mouths off one too many times. The basic tenet of their anti-gun religion has just been disproved by a new FBI crime report.

The NRA gleefully reports the depressing details for dogmatic Democrats:

Last week, the FBI issued its preliminary 2009 crime report, showing that the number of murders in the first half of 2009 decreased 10 percent compared to the first half of 2008. If the trend holds for the remainder of 2009, it will be the single greatest one-year decrease in the number of murders since at least 1960, the earliest year for which national data are available through the Bureau of Justice Statistics. Also, the per capita murder rate for 2009 will be 51 percent lower than the all-time high recorded in 1991, and it will be the lowest rate since 1963—a 46-year low. Final figures for 2009 will be released by the FBI next year.

According to gun control supporter dogma—“more guns means more crime”—the number of privately owned firearms must have decreased 10 percent in 2009. To the contrary, however, the number rose between 1.5 and 2 percent, to an all-time high. For the better part of the last 15 months, firearms, ammunition, and “large” ammunition magazines have been sold in what appear to be record quantities. And, the firearms that were most commonly purchased in 2009 are those that gun control supporters most want to be banned—AR-15s, similar semi-automatic rifles, and handguns designed for defense. The National Shooting Sports Foundation already estimates record ammunition sales in 2009, dominated by .223 Remington, 7.62x39mm, 9mm and other calibers widely favored for defensive purposes.

Also indicative of the upward trend in firearm sales, the number of national instant check transactions rose 24.5 percent in the first six months of 2009 compared to the first six months in 2008, the greatest increase since NICS’ inception in 1998. Through the end of October, NICS transactions rose18 percent, compared to the same period in 2008.

Consider this evidence that gun control isn’t about guns, it’s about control.

Poll shows Americans think gun control advocates are way off target

gun_control Here’s a pleasant surprise. A new Gallup poll shows that support for gun control has dropped to just 29%, the lowest level in history. But don’t hold your breath waiting to see it on the evening news.

The question was “Do you think there should or should not be a law that would ban possession of handguns, except by the police and other authorized persons?”

The surprise is how dramatically support for gun control has fallen. Advocates seemed to have their goal in their sights back in 1959 when 60% of Americans supported gun control. But it’s been almost straight down hill since then. Support now rests at just 29%.

Guns don’t kill gun control advocates. Polls do.

Media rushes to condemn gun ownership, ignores more interesting fact about Binghamton gunman

The left wants to know why it was so easy for Jiverly Wong to get guns. We want to know why it was so easy for him to get in the country.
The left wants to know why it was so easy for Jiverly Wong to get guns. We want to know why it was so easy for him to get in the country.

In the media’s rush to condemn gun ownership, they have conveniently overlooked something very interesting about the shooter.

You can find it in this story from Fox News:

(Jiverly) Wong first came to the northwestern New York town some time in the late 1980s or early 1990s, before moving to California, (Police Chief Joseph) Zikuski said. In 1992, Wong was arrested and convicted of fraud.

Police said Wong became an American citizen in November of 1995 and sometime after that left the country. He returned to Los Angeles Dec. 25, 1999, arriving from Tokyo, police said passport records showed.

What the hell is wrong with our immigration policy when a guy who was arrested and convicted of fraud in 1992 can become a citizen in 1995?
