We have to admit, we never thought that anyone would come along who would make 9/11 truthers look rational. But we never figured Keith Olbermann into the equation..

I believe he is a very unhappy person who is little more then a bully. His problem is that he sees the ratings, he knows he gets his a$$ kicked by those HE SEES as his real compitition, like O'Reilly, Beck, & all things FoxNews. His books don't sell either, especially when put up against those he hates. O'Reilly, Beck, Levin, or Coulter all sell tons of books, BathTubBoy...Not so much.
Here's what is wrong with "Countdown"...
1. Olby is a lazy host. He could not do his show without websites like MediaMatters, DemUnderground, MoveOn, or Daily Kos. They almost write his show for him. They supply him with his content.
2. Obly never, & I mean NEVER has anyone on his show that actually disagrees with him. There is no debate, just reaffirmation of his opinions. Who wants that?
3. He tries way to hard to be serious when he does his "Special Comments". The overdramatic readings are so bad they are funny, but he really tries to sell it. The Shakespearean overtones that he uses make the these things funny, but he's trying to be serious. The whole thing winds up being a joke. Plus he does "Special Comments" so often that they are really not special anymore.
4. Obly needs to come up with his own taglines. Unless he actually believes he is following in the footsteps of Edward R Murrow, he really should give up his "Good Night, & Good Luck" tagline. No doubt that he loved the 2005 Clooney movie of the same name.
Other then that, there is nothing wrong with BathTubBoy, or his show.
