Congratulations, Keith Olbermann. You are officially the Stupidest Person of the Day

We have to admit, we never thought that anyone would come along who would make 9/11 truthers look rational. But we never figured Keith Olbermann into the equation.

We have to admit, we never thought that anyone would come along who would make 9/11 truthers look rational. But we never figured Keith Olbermann into the equation..

Fortunately, Olbermannwatch.com was on the case. We all owe this dedicated group of masochists a debt of gratitude. They actually subject themselves to watching Olbermann’s show so you don’t have to.

As Olbermannwatch.com mockingly reports, “First Oralmann tells us the crotch bomber was no big deal, just a schlub who didn’t pose any real threat to anyone. But consistency is not considered a virtue on OlbyPlanet, so Krazy Keith goes on from there to suggest that our spy organizations deliberately buried the intel about the crotch bomber–knowing he could kill 300 people. Why? To embarrass the Obama administration! John Gibson has the details on the latest Krazy Keith Konspiracy … listen to the end as a genius caller takes it to the next level.”

Why stop there, Keith? Any theories on the lone gunman and the grassy knoll?

Reporter fired for his inappropriately exposing his bright blue scrotum

This is definitely not Attorney General Eric Holder.
This is definitely not Attorney General Eric Holder.

A Baltimore television reporter has been fired for creating the infamous John Gibson “bright blue scrotum” video.

In the doctored video, comments Gibson made on Fox News about an escaped monkey were cut together with completely unrelated comments he made about U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.

WBAL-TV, an NBC affiliate, admitted that one of its former employee had posted the video on YouTube without its knowledge. Other media outlets revealed that the WBAL reporter responsible for the doctored video had been fired.

This seems unfair to us. What color is the attorney general’s scrotum? Do we know for sure it’s not bright blue? This is the man who has sworn to uphold the law of the land. Before the reporter is fired, shouldn’t Holder be required to produce the evidence?

John Gibson: Huffington Post better lawyer up!

John Gibson has come out firing against everyone involved in creating, posting and circulating the now infamous, doctored audio clip that leads listeners to believe Gibson had attributed the “bright blue scrotum” of an escaped monkey to Attorney General Eric Holder.

“Nobody, nobody involved in this should rest easy right now,” Gibson said. “Hearst Argyle, the multi-billion dollar television ownership group, whose employee John Sanders actually created the fake tape, Arrianna Huffington whose Huffington Post passed the fake quote on to the rest of the world, TVNewswer, the TV industry gossip blog, which also acted as a conduit–they all should think about lawyering up. I am not done with this.”

Update: We just found this interview from last Friday’s Breibart.TV’s “B-Cast ‘Anatomy of a Smear’: How the ‘Doctored’ John Gibson Audio Was Revealed.” In this video, the hosts are joined by Johnny Dollar (of Johnny Dollar’s Place) and Steve Krakaeur (of TV Newser). Plus they featured their extended interview with the TV reporter who ‘doctored’ the audio on his John Gibson YouTube post.

Why are liberals obsessed with testicles this weekend?

Bill Maher wants to lynch stockbrokers “with their balls in their mouths.” Fox News’ John Gibson should consider himself lucky, because the Huffington Post only wants to put words in his mouth.

Yesterday, the unabashedly lefty website ran a doctored video that combined two completely different stories and made it appear that Gibson had cast racial slurs at new Attorney General Eric Holder.

To their credit, HuffPo later pulled the doctored video, admitted they had been duped, and issued a mea culpa. Continue reading “Why are liberals obsessed with testicles this weekend?”
