MSNBC’s Martin Bashir asks former Congressman if he’d rather have Obama killed than Osama

Martin Bashir actually asks Republican Congressman Tom Tancredo is he’d prefer having Obama killed than Osama.

There seems to be quite the little competition going on at MSNBC – a competition to see which host can make the most outrageous comment. In fact, it seems to be an intentional corporate strategy.

Martin Bashir officially entered the fray during his interview with former Republican Congressman Tom Tancredo. Don’t let Bashir’s English accent fool you, because he’s quite capable of out-Schultzing Ed Schultz.

Bashir actually asks Tancredo is he’d prefer having Obama killed than Osama.

Try to imagine the squeals of indignation if Bill O’Reilly had asked a Democrat if he’d rather see George Bush assassinated instead of Saddam Hussein.

Could you speak up, please? We can’t hear you over the squeals of indignation.

Tom Tancredo: Barack Hussein Obama only elected because voters aren’t required to pass a literacy test

Tom Tancredo’s back. The former Republican rep from Colorado raised the hackles of the left when he spoke at the National Tea Party Convention this week.

Tom Tancredo’s back. The former Republican rep from Colorado raised the hackles of the left when he spoke at the National Tea Party Convention this week.

Tancredo: “Mostly because I think we do not have a civics literacy test before people can vote in the country, people who could not even spell the word, “vote,” or say it in English, put a committed, socialist ideologue in the White House. The name is Barack Hussein Obama.”

Of course, the left is howling that Tancredo’s comment is raaaaaacist because it evokes images of literacy tests in the old South. And, of course, any criticism of Barack Hussein Obama is raaaaaacist.

But to us it brings up images people swooning at campaign rallies and saying that Obama was going to pay their bills.

If not illiterate, completely irredeemably ignorant.

Conservative ex-congressman Tom Tancredo tells CNN Sotomayor a member of “Latino KKK”

Appearing on CNN, former Congressman Tom Tancredo, a Colorado Republican, attacked Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor for saying wise Latinas make better decisions than white men.

Horrified by Sotomayor’s membership in an “immigrants’ rights group” called La Raza (Translation: “The Race”), Tancredo called it “a Latino KKK without the hoods or the nooses.”

Rick Sanchez, the CNN host who’s never met a left wing extremist he doesn’t love, was horrified by Tancredo’s assertion.

We were horrified when we realized we were watching CNN.
