9th Circuit Court of Appeals judge Stephen Reinhardt dies at 87. Liberal, Democrat, Jimmy Carter appointee. I don’t think many conservatives will miss him. Trump now has an opportunity to take the 9th a little more to the right, which will still leave them way to the left.
