Anita Dunn won’t condemn Maher or Schultz for their misogyny. Perhaps she needed to consult her copy of Mao’s Little Red Book before she knew how to feel over Maher calling Sarah Palin a C$nt and Schultz calling Laura Ingraham a slut.
