The one concerned with safeguarding the citizen’s privacy and, apparently, choice. Just so long as that choice doesn’t involve telling the government that it is none of their business what you do with the rest of your body and so long as that privacy doesn’t extend to telling Lord Obama he can’t read your emails or listen in on your phone conversations.
