Minnesota governor decries ‘racism’ after police shoot black man: Don’t get us wrong, we don’t believe in prior restraint or restrictions on free expression, we don’t believe in the notion or hate speech or the inevitable backlash that will see progressives wanting to ban political speech in the wake of Dallas; but we must be clear here, Governor Mark Dayton loudly and unmistakably shouted fire in a crowded theater.
