NYT: Southern Food is Undignified

NYT: Southern Food is Undignified: Having had meals in both New York and New Orleans we’d like to say that the fellows over at the NYT are harboring some sour grapes. However our experience tells us that such a statement would not be entirely correct. Sour grapes would make for a cuisine far more interesting than anything these Times jerks would condescend to partake in.
