Obama gives Congress Guantanamo closure plan: No doubt Obama is setting up a fight that will end up in the Supreme Court. He will then point to this as why it is necessary for him to pick another Justice before his lame duck term ends. And we will be ready and waiting to point out that this is precisely why the next appointment should be made by a President that still has to answer to the people.
