Anonymous hackers claim to have crashed Justice Department website There is a right way to go about things. And a wrong way. Handing the administration their very own Reichstag Fire with which they can claim the need for sweeping emergency Internet powers would be the wrong way.

Although I sympathize with their views I agree there is a right way and a wrong way to do things, dinging the Justice Department will harm us all in regards to new laws and regulations. In the long term however–and for them on an individual basis and much later, when they least expect it–I think their attack on Stratfor will hurt them the most. While the JD is full of government hacks and otherwise unemployable lawyers, Stratfor has an international clientele that by and large is tasked with killing people…

If they hacked into the RIGHT files at Justice, we would have undeniable proof of Obama;s and Holder’s full knowledge of the Gunwalker debacle. THAT might be handy.

i wonder if the chain of evidence might not be broken if that were done rose. but then so long as holder is doj that’s a moot point.

If some computer genius wants to do something worthwhile, hack the IRS’s computers, and turn all the plus signs to negatives, and vice-versa. I’d be a rich man.

How much do you want to bet this is another false flag operation to institute internet censorship. All part of “Dear Leader’s” plan

“ANOTHER false flag”? What was the other one?

The thing that grates me about the term “false flag” (apart from the fact that Alex Jones utters it like it’s an involuntary twitch) is that it completely ignores the concept of opportunism. Too many conspiracy theories hinge on the formula of… 1.) who gained from this event? 2.) then they must have caused it!

That’s nonsense. There is such a thing as opportunism in the world. There’s also the fact that so many activists are so ghastly short-sighted that they feed their enemies’ agendas.

And I’m sure “Dear Leader” would like nothing better then to be able to use his “Internet Kill Switch” powers to silence his critics, especially during an election year.

Well, c’mon! He’s gotta test it out! Would YOU buy a cool, new race car and then just keep it in the garage?

No, not “Anonymous.” They’re pretty well known as anarchists and general loons. I doubt they’d willingly play ball with anybody.

Which is not to say Sock Puppet wouldn’t use them where he could, of course.

What next… Michelle purposely breaking a wine goblet and calling it a Kristallnacht?

Next thing you know, Obama will call for a volunteer civilian force to keep tabs on whatever scapegoat they try to pin things one.

Yeah these guys are brainless and dangerous. Anonymous, I mean.

Well, You-Know-Who too.

Pity the poor Obama Admin – damned if they do (support SOPA) and damned if they don’t. Wait, let me get my electron microscope out so I can play my teeny, tiny, atom-sized violin….
