Embattled Shulkin Ousts 3 VA Regional Directors in Major Overhaul. About time someone started doing something. The ‘I’m employed forever regardless how many veterans suffer and die’ days are hopefully over with.

It’s about damn time. Having had to bury my lady’s 28 year old because dumbass doctors in VA didn’t look out for him and prescribed medicine that actually killed him. Now these shit birds and worthless doctors are getting what’s coming to them. Sadly we have a deep ever lasting hole because of a total incompetence of VA.

Aw shit deepthinker, sorry for your loss. I personally have never had a problem with my local VA hospital, always got good treatment when I needed it. But I also know there are problems with VA hospitals and clinics all across the country and something needs to be done to correct those problems. And the first step to take is fire the idiots running things.

In my dealings with the VA the doctors are dedicated doctors who want to do what needs to be done to treat the veterans but sometimes their hands are tied by bureaucratic bullshit and that needs to change. And the changes have to start at the top, with the clowns running things being fired and people brought in who want to do their job. Taking care of veterans of all ages.

Yep, I know. My youngest son was killed in a car wreck in 2006 and the ache is always there. But he left two beautiful children and I am proud as can be of them! You have read here that I have one grandson who is a Marine? He is my sons oldest child. Three tours in Afghanistan, came home with all his body parts still attached, now teaching new recruits at Camp Lejeune. My son had drug and alcohol troubles but the blood runs deep in my family and his children are doing good! His younger son is going to some fancy culinary school, he likes to cook and wants to be a chef. Cost me a lot of money but what the hell, I can’t take it with me when I kick the bucket!

Sorry to hear about that dt, with the VA it’s hit and miss. My clinic is pretty good, but I’m not thrilled with the hospital.
