Facebook, Apple and YouTube remove pages and podcasts from Alex Jones for hate speech violations. We’re not Alex Jones fans, but this is about unheard of. It appears the very people who don’t like his conspiracy theories have conspired to keep him off the internet. Hypocrisy much?

Not a fan of the man, but I am a 1st Amendment purist. I get it, the companies listed are private, but for all intents & purposes, are public utilities. Maybe it’s time to treat them as such, like Ma Bell.

I like him, I like Wilkow, & there are others.

I do feel bad for you, since Air America went tits up, you are reduced to NPR or The Young Turks.

Not sure why people are mad. Facebook and YouTube are companies and they have the right to remove information that goes against their policies.

Alex Jones also has the right to host videos on his on private website.

You mean, hypocritically speaking, like when you thought someone here banned you and your response to a poster? I seem to remember much butt hurt on your part.

I have been banned from Huff N Puff, Mother Jones, Politico, Daily Kooks, The Daily Beast, all the lame stream media sites, NPR and most other liberal sites.

Now tell us again what your point is? Are you talking about free speech on the world wide web? Because if you are you are full of shit. On liberal sites the only speech they want to hear is speech that agrees with their philosophy and hatred for those that disagree.

Actually they are not, they are publicly held corporations and subject to a whole set of different rules. Publicly held corporations cannot discriminate against anyone regardless of race, skin color, religion, sex, sexual preferences, national origin, immigration status or even political leanings. Open forum for one, open forum for all, that is the law dimbulb. I guess you haven’s been paying attention but farcebook and twatter are under congressional investigation for hiding or even deleting conservative comments.

Yeah. I agree with you. Not an Alex Jones fan at all, but he has a right to speak to those who ARE fans. SMDH. Talk about fascism.

I think people are now just starting to figure out (in media) what Fox Sports Jason Whitclock has been saying for some time, that the Silicon Valley tech companies are the real progressive super powers. The more I see, the smarter he looks.
