Drudge: GM WANTS OUT OF GOV’T; OBAMA SAYS NO Step one: seduce a party with the promise of good times and easy money. Step two: set your hooks as deeply into that party as they will go. Step three: Use your leverage to force that party into doing whatever it is you want. Step four: destroy that party and pick it’s carcass clean.
