On Thursday, House leaders will pay tribute to Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY), 9 months after the House formally censured the former chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. Gee, in a few more months, they should be ready to celebrate Anthony Weiner with a blown-up photo from his Twitter account. Good thing Charlie Manson ain’t in Congress…. uh, he ISN’T, is he? Of course not, but we had to ask given the way things are going in California these days.
