Judge does not hold city of San Francisco liable for the death of Kathryn Steinle. “U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph Spero dismissed wrongful death claims filed by the family of 32-year-old Kathryn Steinle against the city and Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi.” The Judge appears to be a Bill Clinton appointee. Figures he’d say “the sheriff did not violate state or federal law by prohibiting his deputies from telling immigration officials when an inmate is released.”

Things like this will change on 1/20/2017 once Trump says ” So help me God”. All these shit hole cities need to feel the ramifications of their flaunting federal laws. Turn off the flow of federal money.

Once Jeff Sessions becomes AG, the elected officials of these shit holes may wish to seek legal counsel

The question wasn’t whether or not laws were broken, but who is liable for the woman’s death. The judge is a leftist, therefore confused.

The point I was trying to make, was if San Fransico had not been a sanctuary city. The likelihood of Kathryn Steinel being killed by an illegal would have been far less. The judge is a leftist no doubt. I wonder if the judge allows for illegals to sleep on their lawn?

I fully understand what you’re saying. I’m looking at the quote by the judge, claiming no laws were broken. A person or entity can easily be guilty of wrongful death, without violating any law. The law isn’t the only, or even the best, indicator of right and wrong.

I am waiting for someone to personally hold people like this accountable, after the fact. Like this gentleman did when he adjudicated the case of a man who kidnapped his child. This happened at DFW, the good sh!t happens at :40…

…& since this was in Texas, NO CHARGES FILED, & I would name the terminal after the guy who took care of business.

Well of course, he is just protecting a sanctuary city and it’s rotten to the core employees. Democrat judges in Kalifornia are all crooked and evil.
