There can be no moral condemnation to the horrific treatment that plagued the Jews during the Nazi era of Germany (indeed this notion that rights are granted by the state was essential to the philosophy of Nazis). In Neblett’s estimation rights do not come from God. Rights do not come from nature. Rights come from men. So by what authority would he seek to deny those men when they have come to take them away?
