New FBI Study Shows Mass Shooters Aren’t Loners Who Suddenly Just Snap. One omission in our opinion is that it seems most of the mass shooters are Democrats/Liberals. The other glaring omission is that law enforcement, including the FBI had plenty of information on the Parkland School shooter and sat on their asses until it was too late. You can get all the intelligence you want on people, if you do nothing then this study is pretty worthless.
