As Putin threatens Europe, Obama removes last tank from Germany. Last year the 170th Infantry in Baumholder was disbanded. This year the 172nd in Grafenwöhr is disbanding. The last 22 tanks left for South Carolina last month. Maybe this is what Obama meant in 2012 when he said to Russian President Medvedev: “This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.” Medvedev’s reply:
