Obamacare will reduce the rate of cancer. Seems like good news, right? But wait, there’s a punch line. Turns out, bureaucrats will reduce cancer rates by simply reducing the number of cancer diagnoses they allow doctors to make. But hey, statistically it’s gonna look great!
