Joe Biden went to the beach. He came home to the White House complaining no women tried to pick him up. He called Merrick Garland, who told him to put a potato in his Speedos and he’d get the babes. Joe did that the next day and no babes. He called Garland who ran over to the White House. He told Joe to put on his Speedos with the potato and show him so he could come up with a solution. Joe walked out with his Speedos on. Garland said, “You dumb shit, you’re supposed to put the potato in the front!”
