Who is Doug Emhoff? According to Joe Biden today, he is “the First Lady’s husband.” (Um, that would be you, Joe.) Then our brain-damaged president called him “the Second Lady” before quickly correcting himself with (also wrong) “First Gentleman.” Sigh.
