Speculation is running rampant as to why Barack Obama and supermodel Carla Bruni didn’t enjoy (from his point of view, in our opinion) the customary French double cheek kiss when they first met Friday morning in Strasbourg, France. After all, Michelle exchanged kisses with both Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife Carla, and the two presidents even had their warm manhug. But what went wrong when Barack and Carla’s turn came?
