Well, this is unexpected news. The worrywarts at NASA now say that instead of killing us global warming could, in fact, save us from a cold, miserable death in the next ice age.
NASA says we need more global warming to prevent this from becoming a common scene in Miami Beach
…According to scientists’ models of Earth’s orbit and orientation toward the Sun indicate that our world should be just beginning to enter a new period of cooling — perhaps the next ice age.
However, a new force for change has arisen: humans. After the industrial revolution, humans introduced increasing amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, and changed the surface of the landscape to an extent great enough to influence climate on local and global scales. By driving up carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere (by about 30 percent), humans have increased its capacity to trap warmth near the surface.
So drive that gas guzzler. Turn the heat up in your house. Cancel your plans for that backyard windmill.
Then get a big, furry parka and rent yourself a cave near Palm Springs, baby. The Ice Age is coming.

Better yet lets bring back leaded gas and cars with those big old 396, 383, and 440 c.i.d. engines. The muscle cars built in the ’60s that could tear the rear tires off in one weekend would help solve the problem much quicker than these little shoeboxes on tires called cars today.

And my thing is with those light bulbs they force us to use. And the plug in cars can never take the place of gasoline. We need gasoline 1st & foremost. Those of us old enough to remember heard all this gooberment hooey in the 1960′s. By the year 2000 we were all going to freeze to death if something was not done about greenhouse gasses and pollution. This got us unleaded gas, higher electric bills and job losses due to companies moving their operations to other countries. All for exactly the same reasons that is causing globull warming today.

Obama issued NASA its marching orders – reach out to Muslim countries and pat them on the head is the number one priority. As the winters get progressively colder over the next 20 – 30 years, due to natural, cyclical changes in both climate and the sun’s influence, and vulcanicity, there SHOULD be a lot of backpedalling and overdue humility from NASA and ALL those organizations who, rubbing their hands and taking our money, have helped to promote this mythical human influence which they allege is going to turn the earth into a boiling Armageddon. But I won’t hold my breath, because they collectively have too much to lose, not to mention the political convenience of having the power to control populations by means of fear – not unlike the old USSR and the present day China. The fear is no longer there, as the public now just laugh at these “scientists”. Apart from the irreparable damage that this is doing to science in general, the fear factor no longer works, and the public (hopefully) will no longer allow themselves to be controlled by contrived alarmism and fear. The inevitable destruction of economies (especially in the USA and Europe) obviously has a purpose, and a sinister one. What are we going to do about it, and when?

Real science is not like that. Real science questions the theories and “things everyone knows”.
Issac Newton was brilliant. Many of his theories were correct. By questioning and testing (the scientific method) others were able to learn some of his theories were incorrect. Now we are telling a whole generation repeatedly “The science is settled. Don’t dare to even question Darwin’s theory of evolution or climate change. If you even ask questions you are like those who deny the holocaust.”
That is progressive freedom of thought?

And, Isaac Newton believed in the God of Creation. We didn’t come from monkeys. But, because there’s a drawing of the transition from monkey to man in every science room in our schools, that’s what our kids are being taught (along with global warming). If the monkeys were smart enough to invent the camera, they could have filmed the whole thing. Then, we could have actual photos in our science books, instead of a drawing. Stupid monkeys.

3. NBC buys Weather Channel & fires half the Great meteorologists.

I respected NASA at one time. Now they are just another bureaucracy kept on life support by the
theft of our property. Private industry could easily replace them and at Wall Street’s worst, it couldn’t be half as evil.
