New book says Benghazi attack was a retaliation for secret raids authorized by Obama security adviser John Brennan. “In 2012, a secret war across North Africa was well underway.” Brennan given “carte blanche to run operations in North Africa and the Middle East” by Obama, “never warned the CIA or Stevens about ongoing U.S. military operations in the country.” Benghazi “was retaliation by Islamist militants who had been targeted by covert U.S. military operations.” Mentions of YouTube videos conspicuous by their absence.

These two authors need to make certain that they are always looking up. Benghazi is a mess that this administration has done its best to try and three card monty its way out of. First it was some bull shit movie, then it was a spontaneous protest, then it was what difference would have it made, now the likely hood that it was in retaliation for what der leader had been done seems plausible.

What is know is this. barry phoned it in and said present, let four Americans die then lied his damn ass off to make certain that this would not derail his 2nd term. His worshipers in the media made sure that it didn’t get much traction and Romney let his ass of in the debate over this.

So as the layers peal away, what will some day be found out is that der leader killed four more US Citizens, yet this time he can’t claim that they where enemy combatants. The where US CITIZENS, left to die to save his ass.

“These two authors need to make certain that they are always looking up.”

That’s because no one can drone on and on like Obama.

Also, I still believe Breitbart was offed.

Brennan is a POS which is why the #1 terd nominated him. Big Dave ruffled some feathers at CIA and they do what they do best, they took him out. Anyone heard if the “movie maker” is still in jail and #1 terd has yet to explain anything to the families of those killed at Benghazi. Same-o-same-o.

You know what I find interesting?
The more far fetched and conspiracy theory like these stories are, the more believable they are being committed by this administration.

I still think they were using Benghazi as a front to transfer weapons to the Muslim Brotherhood. Somewhere along the line the wrong people found out and needed to be silenced.

I agree. I don’t buy that the Brennan directed secret missions in North Africa are the total story by any stretch. There could be something about the off-the-books nature of those attacks that could hurt the POTUS, but not come close to destroying him and it’s almost like that’s the choice being taken here. I’m just not certain what I feel about two soldiers writing this book, not six months after the attack.

Brandon Webb is more than ex soldier. He is a former SEAL sniper and was a close friend of Glen Doherty. Webb’s book the “The Red Circle” is one of the best books about SEAL life I have ever read. Benghazi is personal to him just as I am sure the mysterious shooting down of a Chinook with 17 DEVGRU SEALS (same team that supposedly killed bin Laden) in August of 2011 is a huge problem for him too. The SEALs seem to be having a run of bad luck where random chance is concerned. See Chief Kyle’s range shooting by the PTSD marine as another example of an inconvenience being eliminated.

This regime is not above anything that preserves their goals and intentions. Webb and others know this I think.

It’s possible that both scenarios are accurate.
