I just heard the Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis say one officer actually ran out and tackled Terrorist Number 1 / Black Hat / Tamerlan Tsarnaev when he ran out of ammunition during the firefight on Thursday night. He didn’t give the name of this hero, but he’s the front-runner for the IHTM Balls of Steel Award for 2013.
