Al Gore wins Grammy for most boring album of the year

by editor on February 9, 2009

What’s that? That wasn’t the category? Well, it should have been.

Hollywood continued its sordid love affair with Al Gore last night by awarding “An Inconvenient Truth” the 2009 Grammy Award for Best Spoken Word Album. It was “spoken” by Beau Bridges, Cynthia Nixon and Blair Underwood, because the producers knew that listening to Al Gore could cure sleep apnea.

“With wit, smarts and hope, AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH ultimately brings home Gore’s persuasive argument that we can no longer afford to view global warming as a political issue – rather, it is the biggest moral challenges facing our global civilization.”

Damn. We nodded off just reading the press release.

AGW is a moral challenge all right… Its a challenge to see after accurate science showed that we are now in a cooling cycle how can public figures still pump up the alarmist scare and say the earth is getting hotter…

Oh, its because they put aside those ‘inconvenient morals’ and chose to keep pushing a deceptive and dishonest cause to attempt to cash in on it. That and the whole move to undermine national sovereignty and put control of international politics in the hands of those who wield the power of a carbon tax.

My morals include refusing to torture my ears by listing to anything that Gore and his choir of eco cooks shrieked out. Side note: BHO got a Grammy for best spoken word a year or two back. That was for his abridged book Dreams of my Father that was sold in CD version as unabridged. Those few pesky lines like “you can’t trust white people for anything’ and other racist BS got cut form the audio version (while it was in print). So basically the Grammy awards are about as honest and relevant as the Nobel prize is. A flock of leftist get together and do some circle jerk, pat on the back (one after the other apparently) show and give a trophy for whoever they want to highlight as best pushing the left wing agenda that year. The rest of the world does not notice nor care.

Milk got the Oscar for best actor and about 60% of those I know in the real world still don’t know (nor care) who the f*ck Harvey Milk was! LOL!

Why won’t Gore take his morals and man up to the real injustice in the world- the one that takes place right at the Grammy Awards!? Miley Cyrus was snubbed again… Shameful…

Beau Bridges, Cynthia Nixon and Blair Underwood? When did we decided it was okay to bring back 1997 again? Seriously…

As far as this is concern this is a crisis than only OTHER people can solve by sacrificing themselves whereas he and his ilk dont have to, because they bought the rights to the name the crisis as such.

KQ, you may have hit on it without knowing it. I have said to those who are true believers of the “GlobalWarming/ClimateChange” crock who want mandate the trading of worthless “carbon credits” on the world’s population, I say YOU FIRST. sacrifice yourself. If carbon dioxide is a pollutent, & we produce it with every breath we draw, they should consider suicide for the greater good of mother earth.

I’m only half kidding…

Happy New Year!!

LOL. I agree. It is time to see them sacrificing their lifestyles in the name of the global meterology “crisis”. It is time for them to truly practice what they preach.

Happy New Year!

Al Gores is a fruad and a hypotcrit as well as being a con artists

Considering everything that Gore did to get his Grammy is based on a fraud, why should’nt he be stripped of his grammy like Milli Vanilli was? It should be taken away, & I will be very interested when VH1 presents the “Behind The Music” version with Al Gore.

Going back to when Twisted Sister’s Dee Snyder handed him his a$$ over music cencorship, to losing the 2000 election, to being exposed for the total fraud he is with the “GW/CC” scam, it should be compelling television.

moral challenge? has Gore lost his mind? Sheesh! This has become a religion among the leftists.
