Glenn Beck has been rejected in his bid to purchase Current TV, being told instead that he was not aligned to the network’s point of view.

Current TV was recently purchased by Al Jazeera, news that prompted Glenn Beck to tweet about being rejected in his attempt to buy the network. Beck tweeted: “Before Al-Jazeera bought Current TV, TheBlaze looked into buying it but we were rejected by progressive owners.”

So, Al-Jazeera IS more aligned with Al Gore?
Makes sense to me!

That. Is. Wow.

I am so glad that Gorey did not win. If indeed a network that has a terrorist slant to it is more aligned to Al Gore that is NOT a good look.

So they took less money from people who want to subjugate us giving them another weapon in the fight. Pretty nice point of view AlGore.

Less money? Al Gore doesn’t need it or he has no idea how business works or his ideology prompts intelligence sad… so sad.

I wonder how many of us will be left to witness the Muslims and the Left turning on each other after they have achieved their few mutual goals?

OMG I so look forward to that. I hope that happens first though one of the lefties makes a mistake and goes after Momo and let the war begin baby

Hey Kick, the timing of that sale, you don’t think AlGore would finalize it before Jan. 1 to oh, I don’t know, lower the tax bite maybe?

Sidekick

Only the little people pay taxes. Isn’t that the rule?

“Dave Marash, a former “Nightline” reporter who worked for Al-Jazeera in Washington, said he left the network in 2008 in part because he sensed an anti-American bias there.”

See, see, they found somebody ‘aligned to the network’s point of view.’!

As to your other point, seeing as how the left doesn’t believe in gun ownership for personal protection, I wonder their views on machete be-headings. But don’t worry kids, they always video it, you’ll be stars forevah! You stupid infidels.

Finally came out and completed the sale of his soul to the devil. Guess Al can now dedicate himself to all those green lies and making more money. Wonder where the troll is at on this one?

Yup, saw it on the news this morning, Current is now owned by Arabs.

Watch for lots of Arab propaganda 24/7. Fracking being evil will likely be a reoccurring theme.

I watch the Blaze on DishTV now.

As do I. I do watch some FNC, usually O’Reilly & Red Eye. I must admit that cablenews has gotten so sh!tty that I want to start drinking heavily instead of watching the crap.

As usual , I’m sorry for re posting something once again , but Big Al would’ve none much better with Tiny Tim warning about the rising oceans .

Here take a look . This really does remind me so very much of Big Al’s message , but in a slightly more believable format.

The ratings should go up, though. There’s a lot more than a couple dozen Islamic terrorists.

So, let’s see… that’s ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, NPR, NATGEO, BRAVO, TLC, ESPN, MSNBC, TBS, A&E, COMEDY CENTRAL, DISNEY, HBO, SHOWTIME, HISTORY, MTV, VH1, and CURRENTV, all vs Fox News.

This is not a fair fight!

Not a single network above except FN can make a legitimate claim to having fair and balanced programming. Not a single one!

You mean all of them vs. talk radio and the internet. FOX is a joke. I used to watch The Five, but when I heard Perino and Bolling talk about how they feel safer with Stop-n-Frisk’s in NYC, warrant-less wiretapping, and the government reading peoples emails, I knew at that point they were part of the problem not the solution. I didn’t watch one second of coverage of FOX’s (or anyone’s) Sandy Hook coverage. The next major event that all the networks exploit I will also not watch. I will go to the internet or turn on my radio.

I’m not one of these “FOX lies” people, I am one of these “FOX is full of idiots” people. The way I see it, they are the Republicans MSNBC and not representative of Conservatives or Libertarians.

Yep.

flashingscotsman

I don’t get my news from TV.

Fox isn’t Fox anymore, IMO. It is like the smartest kid in the dumbest class.

Plainsman

I agree. There are only a few shows on FN that are worth watching. Special Report, Hannity, BOR. IMO, Schlep Smith is just another idiot liberal anchor, no better than Brian Williams, or any of the others in the msm lineup.

Navyvet2

I can take Hannity until his guests come on. With a very few exceptions, they are always ultra liberal (read communist) loons.

Sidekick

My problem with Hannity is that he is a talking point machine. The opposite side of the same coin as any talking head at MSNBC. He isn’t a stupid guy at all but I wish he dug in a little deeper on his topics. That is the geniius of Beck or Wilkow. Beck makes me uncomfortable but the man researches his ass off.

poppajoe49

We need a channel with Nugent, Beck, Wilkow, and Mike Church.
Let Uncle Ted be program director!

danybhoy

Ted would have the best bumper music & rejoiners.

Maybe he could stand up in the middle of an interview and let out a scream once in a while, just to reinforce his madman persona.

Plainsman

10-4 to that!

Whenever a liberal accepts the invite to try to argue a point, they can show a clip beforehand, of the regulars standing out front of the studio, waving them in, with hungry looks on their faces.

And guns in their hands.

Beck is intense and gotten even more so after leaving Fox. It can be uncomfortable because it is the truth and the truth does hurt even to those of us that seek it and want to hear it. So I say that it must feel like murder to the ears of those that do not want to hear it.

danybhoy

KQ, what is sad is that Beck has been blown off as a nutjob & that what his view of what’s down the road is crazy. My political hero was in that same boat, until he was’nt. That would be Winston Churchill.

KimmyQueen
Guest

He maybe a nutjob (in the eyes of fools) but he is rich b*tch!!!

I am sure that a lot of people felt the same about Reagan but he was also right in a lot of his speeches about socialism and so on.

It is what it is, he (and others) just need to keep it real and continue to do what they need to do.

danybhoy

Reagan was similar, & probably viewed Churchill favorably, no doubt, & he loved Maggie Thatcher, so the connection is there. Now I know most conservatives are “Reagan Conservatives”, & I get that. But I loved Churchill as a political figure before I matured enough to understand that I was a conservative. Also, it just so happens that Churchill is an EXTREMELY offensive figure to the Obama’s, & I love that. That of course goes back to he drunken old man when he was in Kenya & the British rule of Kenya. Most libs/progs insult Reagan & try to cut his role in history down, but they ignore my guy, Churchill. If they knew how much he despised socilaism, they would hate him as much as Reagan.

I always had the impression Fox’s shift over the last 2 or 3 years was a pure business move, they have their audience and no competition, so now reaching for the center, the only place they can grow their numbers.

Ditto on Hannity. And wondering if Current will fetch more than Newsweak did.

KimmyQueen

True. I said it before and I say it again, Fox is getting on my nerves.

Gobal warming Jihad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alluh Rebar!…..If the selling price is based on the ratings (like most deals in broadcasting) then AL Gore the weather whore should get about 50 bucks and a camel.

Fenster314

Global warming Jihad indeed. OPEC is now funding anti-fracking movies and the eco movement, so picking up an Al Gore channel is probably just part of the plan. The question is, will Al-Oberman return?

poppajoe49

If they do, it should be in a Bhurka!
