Carbon tax to keep U.S. safe from terrorism?! NYT’s Friedman urges carbon tax to fix America post Boston Terror! Sometimes we think guys like this are bigger terrorists than the ones with guns and bombs. Attempting to parlay an act of terror to get a totally unrelated carbon tax passed is a terrorist tactic in our book. While Friedman uses no guns or bombs, remember that the pen can be mightier than the sword, or on this case, the bomb. Both appear intent upon using panic to achieve their goals. Remember in either case the ends appears to justify the means.
