As far as Green Bay’s NBC affiliate is concerned, the Green Bay Packers and pre-game festivities come first and President Barack Obama’s speech to a joint session of Congress comes second. Congress probably feels the same way except for Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi who are both looking forward to a long nap.
