Michael Atkinson, the inspector general for U.S. intelligence agencies, acknowledged that his office secretly changed key whistleblower forms and rules in September, but refused to explain to lawmakers why those changes were backdated to August.

Line up the polygraphs and water boards. One way or the other, get to the bottom of who it is that feels its alright to attempt a coup. As for those who remain in the WH that are left over from Quagmire and Plugs, remove their security clearance and put them out of the WH. That will seen the message loudly and clearly. No security clearance no job.

“Refused to explain” means he didn’t have a pre-written lie ready to go. By later today he and his Democrat Party handlers will have a believable excuse that implies it was all Trump’s fault.
