Her name is Cindy Thomas and she’s also the woman who delivered information about conservative organizations to George Soros’ ProPublica outfit so they could publish it – information she gleaned from confidential IRS applications. Oh, by the way, Cindy is not a “low-level rogue employee.” She’s the “Program Manager of the Tax Exempt Division” in Cincinnati.
