Mickey D’s circumvents SF “Happy Meal” ban

McDonalds has devised a workaround that appears to comply with Frisco’s “Healthy Meal Incentive Ordinance” – they’ll sell you the Happy Meal and make you pay 10 cents extra for the toy. We’re lovin’ it.
