New poll says for the first time, Obama’s personal favorability rating is underwater. Just 39 percent of Americans have a favorable opinion of Obama, while 42 percent view him unfavorably. That’s down from 40/34 in January. This may be the straw poll that broke the donkey’s back. Captain, we can’t re-arrange the deck chairs again, they’re… (glub!)
